Dawn of a South American Community Law?

Abstract

The article constitutes an advance of the research called "Pymes, Pacific Alliance and Post-Conflict in Colombia". The profile of three of the most important Latin American integration processes is examined, such as the Andean Community (CAN); the Pacific Alliance (AP); and the Common Market of the South (Mercosur). The historical antecedents of its emergence are examined; the institutional organization of its authorities; the member countries, associated countries and observer countries; demographic aspects of said integration processes. Likewise, some reflections associated with inter-systemic relations are made; The personal relationships; those of the legal systems; and community law in integration processes.
