This article is the result of a perspective analysis of development criticism in which international realities are addressed as conditioning factors of the global political agenda and the internal actions of States, especially from the influence of developed countries on underdeveloped countries .
Likewise, the international realities are approached from the perspectives of Benjamin Barber, Samuel Huntington, Susan Strange and David Held, to understand with their postulates interstate relations and the complex scenarios in which globalization develops.
Regarding the methodological aspects, this research was developed from a qualitative perspective, from the use of methods of content analysis, in which theoretical postulates and data on human and sustainable development were addressed from a critical perspective. Finally, the article presents a comparative analysis between the United States and Colombia, as a way of observing from practice the international interaction and the way in which inequality in Development is configured within the relations between developed and underdeveloped countries, starting from of aspects such as the human development index, the fulfillment of the Sustainable Development Goals, among them the end of poverty, decent work and economic growth, and finally, from the commercial capacity.
