Guarantor state social security as a fundamental right in the labour law

The state is a political term that refers to a form of social organization and integrated policy that regulates the individual’s existence at national, state and municipal. Consequently, we conducted an investigation which identifies the State guarantor of social security as a fundamental right in labor law. A documentary research as determined by Sabino (1992), based on documents, books, magazines. The Constitution of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (1999), proposed from its preamble “Venezuela is a democratic and social state of law...”. The essential functions of the State Social coincide with the rule of law, coupled with the covenants, treaties and agreements signed by Venezuela, to arrogate to general principles and fundamental rights of the individual during and after a relationship. Their purpose is to create, preserve and commit to realizing these rights to meet the needs of its people achieving an overall social welfare.
