An alternative of legitimacy for the solution by channels of negotiation to the Colombian interna! armed conflict under international criminal law

In a context of internal armed conflict as the Colombian one, is necessary achieve the maintenance of the rule of law through institutional legal mechanisms that are legitimates; between this frame is included the lnternational Criminal Court as an international organization responsible of taking to justice the mainly responsible of high transcendence crimes. Thus, via this paper is developed a proposal of solution to this conjuncture through the acceptance of the Intemational Criminal Court' s jurisdiction, so as it stops being considered an obsta de to pea ce and becomes a tool for it.
