Violación de los derechos humanos en el marco de las nuevas políticas penitenciarias en El Salvador

This reflective essay allows to publicize the author’s support and allows the reader to identify the conditions from which violations of human rights occur in El Salvador, from the issuance of a State Decree of State of Exception in the year 2022 that confronts phenomena of widespread violence in that country.
