Legal Framework of Solidarity Economy in Colombia

Abstract

The objective of this article is to present to the audience the compilation of the historie regulations of the Colombian Solidary Sector that eases the comprehension of the solidary processes that have taken place in Colombia. This, considering that in the society is often seen as tedious the search of regulations documents about a specijic subject, even more when these kinds of regulations are divided in different sets of laws and decrees, which is the case of the Solidary Sector. This article gathers the laws and most important decrees that have been established in Colombia, showing how it have evolved and its biggest contributions and the pertinence of this items. In that arder of ideas, the text constitutes a benefit to those whose interest is to know the basic parameters that delimits the solidary organizations in Colombia.
