Estructura conceptual del emprendimiento y capital social

Resumen

Esta investigación describe la importancia, evolución y estructura conceptual del emprendimiento y capital social durante los últimos 18 años. Para este fin, se usa como base la plataforma de consulta Web of Science y partiendo de herramientas
cienciometricas, se realiza un análisis de las publicaciones realizadas en el tema, además de un análisis de citaciones. Luego se aplicó el algoritmo Tree of Science (ToS) y, finalmente, se identifican las subáreas del tema abordado. Este trabajo
muestra tres subáreas: la primera da a conocer las oportunidades del capital social para la realización de los proyectos. La segunda muestra como la generación de redes empresariales ayuda a la consecución de recursos y genera oportunidades de negocio. Por último, la tercera determina cómo se generan las redes de Integración Social a partir de las redes empresariales. Este artículo, explora el empalme existente entre el capital social, el emprendimiento y la generación de redes empresariales, con el fin de generar mayores recursos y fortalecer el crecimiento y surgimiento de nuevas empresas a través de lazos fuertes y débiles generados en dichas redes. De igual manera, este trabajo expone cómo los líderes empresariales deben aprovechar su capital humano, ubicándolo de tal manera que puedan generar nuevas oportunidades para la organización mediante el aprovechamiento de sus capacidades, conocimientos previos y redes sociales. Por último, cabe resaltar que en este trabajo se muestra como el capital social es relevante en la creación de redes empresariales y comunidades internas a través de procesos de cooperación. Como complemento es de gran relevancia tener en cuenta el capital cultural del mercado objetivo ya que conociéndolo se tendrá mayor aceptación de las empresas emergentes. Futuras
investigaciones podrían ampliar estas subáreas.
