Competencias en networking: perspectivas desde una revisión literaria

Resumen

En este trabajo se realiza una exploración de la literatura sobre las competencias en networking en términos de publicaciones, autores y fuentes. Para desarrollar este estudio, se hizo un análisis de red de citaciones basados en la teoría de grafos y se identificaron las diferentes subáreas del campo del conocimiento a partir de la teoría de clusterización. Las herramientas utilizadas para este análisis fueron el paquete bibliométrico de R - studio conocido como bibliometrix y el software de visualización de grafos denominado Gephi. Los resultados permitieron identificar tres subáreas definidas así: la adquisición de capacidades competitivas y evolución a través del networking en startups; el papel del networking en la
internacionalización y el networking como una ventaja competitiva.
