Indicadores de sustentabilidad de las huertas caseras comunitarias: Una revisión usando Tree of Science

Resumen

Conocer los factores de producción en las huertas caseras, permiten que el modelo económico sea preciso y sostenible en el tiempo. Aunque estos factores de producción han sido estudiados con anterioridad, a la fecha no se cuenta con una revisión sistemática de literatura con análisis bibliométrico, únicamente revisiones narrativas. Por lo tanto, el objetivo de este artículo es mostrar la evolución cronológica que han tenido las huertas caseras como modelo de emprendimiento. Para realizar esto, se utilizó la herramienta Tree of Science a partir de una consulta en Web of Science. Los resultados mostraron que las huertas caseras representan una alternativa económica en las regiones donde la economía se basa en modelos agroecológicos y es un potencial sector del emprendimiento para las familias.
