Evaluators

The journal uses the blind evaluation technique, neither does the writer know to which evaluator pair his article has been sent nor does the evaluator know who is the author of the article to be rated. Once the concept has been issued by the couple, the Committee reserves the right to accept the article in the version presented or request modifications to it and condition its publication, which may be rejected. The evaluating peers are mostly external to the university, a 70% minimum rate is handled.
