Responsible marketing in the private health care companies

There are many marketing strategies that are appropriate for our company, which is reflected the responsibility of the business and marketing as long as we also clear that we are working with a need for possession or consumption but on many occasions, with a desire improvement of health or physical condition. We must never take any internal action without putting our internal staff abreast of what is being done. For this, the most important thing is that they learn to know them, otherwise it is impossible to meet the needs of patients. Obviously a good range of services is desirable, but not forget that at the premises of the health centers have a turnover rate of patients up to 50 %. That is: 50 of 100 patients of our hospitals are up because the “promise of service” is offered daily is not fulfilled, no explanation is given, no benefits are offered such benefits, or simply have not existed. Clearly, therefore, to duplicate or copy services and activities is proving to be a good strategy and in any case, you have much more information in parallel on the reasons on which a patient causes high in our facility and also on what is the cause that motivates low patient attendance.
