Abstract

The AGD in Colombia are considered an important link in the logistics chain. The following article shows some instruments used by AGD allowing legal mobilization of goods and facilitates the granting of credit by pledging the goods. The financial system in Colombia is formed by the establishments of credit, financial services, societies of capitalization companies, insurance companies, insurance and reinsurance intermediaries. The AGD is considered according to Decree 663 of 1993 financial services companies which are in the nature of financial institutions. The AGD activities are related to transactions relating to goods, customs brokerage, issuance of CDM, BP and credit operations.
