How the academy can contribute to a public entity

A research was carried out at the Citizen Attention Unit (UAC) of the Ministry of National Education, in the area of notifications, with the intention of knowing the factors that influence the notification process of resolutions, preventing the correct notification to citizens.
A qualitative research methodology was defined with a descriptive approach, which enabled us to establish the current state of operations of the process and to be able to determine the contribution that was made for the solution that was developed, and to be able to apply the information gathering methods corresponding to the process; we took into account the application of tools such as interview, survey and observation, which were helpful in order to establish the real problem that was happening in the notification process.
The delivered results helped to determine what part of the requirements obtained in and reflected on the design and development achieved the fulfillment of the objectives proposed for the entity, as well as the benefits in terms of delivery time, agile queries (consultations) and the security and integrity of the information.
