Currently, organizations, especially Colombian SMEs, are being impacted by global administrative trends such as the use of information and communication technologies; forcing many organizations to rethink from an administrative sense.
Since the times of Taylor and Fayol, the schools of administrative thought have contributed to the development of organizations through planning, organization, direction and control, thinking of a finite component of market possibilities. However, the reality of the 21st century has shown organizations with highly changing organizational structures, especially in the area of digital marketing.
