Abstract

This research article gathers the view of project management from a discursive approach and aims to show the discourses present in the project management of the Centro Surcolombiano de Investigación en Café Cesurcafé, attached to the Universidad Surcolombiana. The research was approached from a theoretical perspective, which links linguistics and semiotics, aspects that Roland Barthes defends in the field of project management. The methodology used focused on the identification and analysis of discourses from the exploratory qualitative method, using the qualitative software Atlas. Ti. It was possible to show that information is a valuable asset that must be managed appropriately to ensure the quality and reliability of the project. In addition, it is vital to have a certain level of formalization in the structure of the text that communicates, the order in which it is communicated, and the discursive clarity of the central message.
