Abstract

The case of a fetus with a clinical diagnosis of fetal bradycardia at 26 weeks of gestation is presented; in which the study of the condition that led to the diagnosis of SLE of the mother, with the presence of anti / Ro and anti / The positive antibodies was performed, which explained the immune cause fetal bradycardia finally producing a fetal complete heart block
