The adrenal gland abnormalities are rarely detected in prenatal life; those can be seen from the second half of pregnancy;, being more frequent cysts, hemorrhage and less solid tumors. When an adrenal cystic mass in prenatal ultrasound is detected, it is difficult to differentiate adrenal hemorrhage; a regressive process with no vessels in the Doppler, neuroblastoma, ultrasound is stable or grows and invades the tumor vessels in Doppler ultrasound. Patient pregnant with an ultrasound reports of a fetus at with 28.5 weeks gestation, where a mass of liquid ecomixta predominance was observed at the site corresponding to the left adrenal gland, the Duplex color Doppler no evidence of any kind vascular pattern. Ultrasound monitoring at 31.6 weeks of gestation, where ecomixta image is not displayed. A possible adrenal hemorrhage was the cause of ultrasound findings since this condition resolves spontaneously, the value of the US is noted prenatally, given its importance in defining an obstetric behavior.
