Giant nonparasitic splenic cyst

Non-parasitic splenic cysts are rare benign entity. Its etiology is unclear, its clinical manifestations are rare and of- ten are discovered incidentally on physical examination or imaging of the abdomen. This clinical case corresponds to a young girl with giant epidermoid cyst treated with open splenectomy. In addition to the report, we reviewed recent literature.
