In recent years the practice of general surgery has become due to the introduction and the explosive development of videoendoscopic surgery, which has led to advances in instruments and equipment used to facilitate the deve- lopment of technical and minimize risk surgical patient. Use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has generated a change in curriculum processes. This paper presents the development of an Interactive CD that facilitates training in Minimally Invasive Surgery procedures (MIS) to optimize the learning of college students. It uses a virtual simulation methodology in a context of endoscopic surgery in which the student can develop the skills and abilities in this surgical modality.
