Complicated Spiegel's Hernia

We present the case of a 26-year-old male patient, with symptoms of abdominal pain, absence of bowel movements, intolerance to the oral route and feverish spikes, who, given the bizarre clinical picture on admission, was poorly addressed in the emergency services as constipation and urinary tract infection, ending in surgical resolution of his atypical hernia picture.
