The specific purpose of this article is to introduce a series of skills that allow the engineering professors of the Cali Free Sectional University to develop good classes and maintain a classroom environment in which the amount of time students actively use in the classroom construction of their own learning is maximized while interruptions by unwanted behaviors by students are minimized.
