Environmental licenses and protection of national parks: analysis of the jurisprudential guidelines of the constitutional court

In this article, the problem question is posed: What are the jurisprudential guidelines of the Constitutional Court regarding the protection of national parks and the administrative issuance to grant environmental licenses? From which it is sought to make a study of the jurisprudential guideline issued by the C o n s t i t u t i o n a l C o u r t r e g a r d i n g environmental licensing, in relation to its role oriented to the protection of natural national parks. Finally, it was concluded that the issuance of environmental licenses in the head of the Ministry of Environment and ANLA plays an important role in the protection and conservation of natural parks, with respect to their protection of the natural, historical and cultural diversity of the Nation, as well as to the environment and natural resources.
