Abstract

The present identified as a main problema the interest of people for collective rights and determinate what is the knowledge that people have about this kind of mechanisms. For locating the pillar of the problema we must analyse the behaviour pattern that have the plaintiffs when they come to the defense of the collective rights to the administrative jurisdiction and, if the popular action complies with its function of protection rights, so that to study different jurisprudence it may be posible to determinate there a ching that these decisions had and compliance that were given. Regarding the protection of the rights dimensioned, to reach the particular purpose was reviewed information about the regulatory aspects that govern the popular action as well as the drawbacks of the actor interposing so as to achieve verify the eficacy of the popular actions in favor of collective rights, concluding that many of the actors had class actions in order to win the economic incentive offered before for the State and not looking for the defense of collective rights violated considered so the disappearance of our legal system this benefit practically ran the interest out and the struggle of ordinary citizens for the rights that magnify the community.
