Análisis de las precipitaciones mensuales en el municipio de Zipaquirá- Cundinamarca en los años de 1994 -2018

Abstract

In the present work, the variation of precipitation at the Zipaquirá station in the department of Cundinamarca was evaluated during the years 1994 to 2018, the information was obtained from the Colombian government database. The form of information processing was carried out by means of the MegaStat tool, obtaining statistical data such as mean, range, maximum and minimum points for the precipitation variable and the behavior through the years with the boy and girl phenomena. As results of the investigation for the measures of central tendency, a very high coefficient of variation was evidenced in all the years, only in the three years does it present a similarity in the data, with an average of 74.78 mm/L year, 76.24 mm/L year and 75.23 mm/L year. The year 2011 had higher rainfall with 1435.4 mm/L year and the driest year was 2015 with 492.3 mm/L year. According to the data obtained by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) in the years 1999 and 2000, the presence of the La Niña phenomenon was evidenced in all quarters, and the Nov-Dec-Jan quarter is the hottest and is in 2015
