Abstract

Those times of the 80s and early 90s in which medical students and other health professions, we enjoyed and sometimes suffered, with the teacher, that punctual arrived at 7 am to the Hospital and one, with patient on board, he began his round of assistance by asking the student, in a rigorous academic hierarchy, the details of the history of the illness that afflicted the patient or study assigned, first, the student of the subject, then the inmate who rotated by the specialty and the residents, who had to answer for all the patients of the service; but the questions about the diagnosis of the patient, its evolution, the current state and the decision of its therapeutic management, were not simple and the answers could not be given lightly, we had to have studied the clinical history of the patient and go to the complementary reading, which was not in Google, but in treaties of medicine.
