Psoriasis erythema gryatum-like

We reported a patient with clinical and histopathological for a Psoriasis Vulgaris which shows a clinical pattern Erythema Gyratum that deviates from the classics of this dermatosis. Its diagnosis is very difficult by eccentric and unusual clinical manifestations.
