Influencia de la norma ISO 9001:2015 en los niveles de desarrollo productivo y competitivo de las empresas de obras civiles

During the last 10 years, a considerable group of companies has decided to carry out efforts for the certification of a system of administration of the quality that impacts in a significant way in the processes of organizational development of the company and in turn in the continuous improvement and the insurance of the quality of the organization. Leaving of the bibliographical revision is considered the effects generated in the companies that considered to implement the technical norm ISO 9001. The development of the present monograph leaves of the necessity of identifying the main benefits and impacts starting from the execution of the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 for the implementation of a system of administration of the quality. The analysis of the results reveals that the implementation of the norm ISO 9001:2015 like strategic instrument, it will create a positive contribution at the competitiveness and levels of productivity of the organizations, and additionally to the initiatives of sustainable development.
