The present article aims to contextualize the reader in the way of applying public policies regarding childhood and adolescence and more specifically in the education program for the municipality of San Diego in the Department of Cesar.
The topic that is addressed describes the application of the education plan proposed for the municipality from the perspective of compliance with the public policies of childhood and adolescence proposed by the national government, and the constitutional parameters that govern them.
