Intervenciones de enfermería en mujeres sobrevivientes de cáncer de mama: revisión integrativa

Introducción
Este artículo describe el estado del arte del tema: las intervenciones de enfermería desarrolladas por enfermería a mujeres sobrevivientes de cáncer de mama.
Metodología
Se utilizó el método de revisión integradora para examinar sistemáticamente la literatura de enfermería, publicada sobre las intervenciones de enfermería en sobrevivientes al cáncer de mama. La revisión de literatura se realizó entre los meses de enero - diciembre de 2019. Las fuentes de datos para esta revisión incluyeron: bases de datos científicas. Se siguió los pasos de Whittemore. Se revisaron las bases de datos Medline, Ebsco, Embase, Science Direct, Web of Science, Scielo, lilacs, Scopus, Epistemonikos y Google Scholar, la literatura secundaria se obtuvo a partir de la lectura de las referencias bibliográficas de las fuentes primarias. Los descriptores usados fueron enfermería, cáncer de mama, cáncer de seno, intervención, sobreviviente y el total de artículos analizados luego del proceso de selección fue de 15.
Resultados
Este proceso de selección integradora arrojó diferentes intervenciones asociadas al trabajo relacionado en sobrevivientes de cáncer de mama, desarrolladas por enfermería. Muchas de ellas no refieren efectos relacionados asociados al total de los participantes.
Conclusiones
Las enfermeras pueden ayudar a las sobrevivientes de cáncer de mama a reducir signos y síntomas mediante el uso de múltiples intervenciones, uso de técnicas cognitivo- conductuales, terapias complementarias, yoga, ejericico, manejo de dieta para mejorar la calidad de vida de los participantes. Se sugiere continuar con el desarrollo de estudios de tipo experimental.
