The responsibility of the State regarding the non-supply of food by parents towards their children, Socorro case years 2016-2017 and 2018

Abstract

This article aims to analyze the main normative, jurisprudential and constitutional approaches in relation to the responsibility that parents have for their children who are minors or who, for another social factor, do not have income to cover food expenses. Therefore, the non-fulfillment of duty means that they are immersed in judicial proceedings. The present is a research work developed in the municipality of Socorro (S), years 2016-2017 and 2018, within the functions and competencies that are carried out in the legal office of the Free University, Socorro section.
