This scientific paper is aimed at determining how public accountant also serves on the management side in terms of modern organizations, and how it positively involved in business development, demonstrating every day its ability to provide fundamental contributions and serve as a basis for decision-making, actively involved in achieving the objectives set by senior management, improving the competitiveness and commitment to the organization.
